Return Policy
If the product you receive is faulty for any reason, we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly. Please contact us within 3 working days of receiving your purchase.
If the product is returned due to a change of mind and is not faulty or misdescribed, shipping costs will not be refunded and return shipping to be charged from the buyer.
For a full refund, all returned goods as change of mind must be in New and re-saleable condition, exactly as received by the purchaser and returned within 5 days of purchase. Please note that we do not refund or replace items damaged directly or indirectly after they have been received by the Buyer.
As no toys are indestructible, For all of the pet toy we don’t have warranty on it if the pet chew through the toy. Supervision is Recommended when your pet plays with toys. Remove toy from pet if any part is damaged.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
