Shipping Policy

At Tailwinds, we aim to provide fast and reliable delivery for all orders. We try our best to dispatch all orders within 2 working days. Once dispatched, delivery timeframes will depend on your location and the courier service used, in accordance with standard New Zealand shipping practices.

Shipping Timeframes

  • Urban areas: Typically 1–2 working days after dispatch

  • Rural areas: May take an additional 1–3 working days

  • Public holidays and peak seasons: Shipping may take slightly longer

  • Pre-order or custom items: May have extended processing times (notified on product page)

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on order destination, Select the correct zone that applies to your address. 

Tracking

All orders include tracking whenever available. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Issues

Please ensure all shipping details are accurate. We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by courier services

  • Lost parcels due to incorrect address information

  • Items damaged after delivery

However, we will always do our best to help resolve courier-related issues when possible.

Undeliverable or Returned Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, the customer may be responsible for re-delivery costs.
