We only sell and ship Products within New Zealand.

If your payment is not received within 7 days from the date that you receive your order confirmation, Tailwinds reserves the right to cancel the transaction.

We may also reject or cancel orders in the event of unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to pricing errors, stock shortages, system errors, fraud concerns, shipping limitations, or circumstances beyond our control. If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, we will issue a full refund.
